First Course: 

Hors d'oeuvres... Our ever changing appetizer buffet! If you have any questions about any of the items, please ask any of our servers.

 
Second Course:  
Soup: Tortilla Soup: Pimientos,onions,beans,cilantro,lime juice, shredded tortillas.
 
Third Course: 
Salad: Mixed green salad with your choice of Italian Vinagarette or Buttermilk Ranch

Fourth Course: 

Entree's -A selection of five entrées to choose from. All entrees are served with Roasted Garlic Duchess Potatoes and Spring Squash Medley.

  • Chicken Entree's:
    • Chicken Picatta: Sautéed Breast finished with White wine,lemon,shallots,fresh herbs,mushrooms and capers.
    • Chicken Parmesan: Homemade tomato sauce tops a lightly battered boneless breast finished with the perfect blend of parmesan cheese.
  • Beef: Topped with a Roasted Garlic and Asiago Cheese Butter.

  • Fresh Salmon: Boneless, skinless salmon filet topped with a tangy Miso Glaze.
  • Mahi Mahi: Blackened “Cajun Style”.. Our hand mixed blackening seasoning is quite spicy, but very good.

Fifth Course: 
Dessert: Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie made in house daily!
